01 · The document lifecycle

One document, controlled from first issue to archive.

This is the job. At every stage we know which revision is current, who received it, who still owes a response, and we can prove it.

  1. 01 · P1

    Created and coded

Numbered to the convention, logged in the register.

  2. 02 · A

    Issued for review

Sent by transmittal to the distribution matrix.

  3. 03 · A

    Commented

    Reviews consolidated, response clock tracked.

  4. 04 · B

    Approved

Status and approver recorded against the revision.

  5. 05 · C

    Issued for construction

The only version on site. Receipt acknowledged.

  6. 06 · A, B

    Superseded

Older revisions withdrawn from use, kept on record.

  7. 07 · AB

    Archived at handover

As-built, indexed to the owner's requirements.

02 · Services

What we take off your team's plate.

Full service or à la carte, depending on your project's phase and size. Each service ends in a deliverable you keep. Your project managers stay on the project, and your contractual obligations stay covered.

03 · Numbering and traceability

A number that tells you what it is.
A history that tells you what happened.

Our naming convention makes any document findable by anyone on the team. Every revision keeps its trail: when it was issued, by which transmittal, to whom, and why it was replaced.

The convention is written into the document management plan at setup, aligned with the owner's standard where one exists, and enforced on every document that enters the register.
