Specialist, Change Management
Under the responsibility of the Director of Operations and CFO, you will act as a member of the management committee and lead the business analysis division supported by a team of over 20 employees. You will bring ideas, contribute to problem solving, offer consulting services to clients and provide advisory support to identify and foster opportunities to continuously improve systems and processes.
- Plan and carry out internal audits, write business analysis reports or map business processes and lead meetings and workshops with clients to clearly identify their needs;
- Identify, define, analyze and document current business processes and design future processes in line with client objectives and requests;
- Align business needs and implemented solutions at all stages of the project.

What are we looking for?
Training / Job Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with a major in Business Analysis, Project Management or a field related to business analysis (engineer);
- Ten (10) years of relevant experience;
- Five (5) years of consulting experience (a strong asset).
Key Competencies
- Perfectly bilingual in speech and writing (English and French)
- Results-based and business-oriented;
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and advanced analytical skills;
- Relevant experience in technological environments.
- Knowledge of ERP, portfolio management and collaborative project management platforms;
- Ability to speak both computer language and business language.
