In partnership with Pomerleau, CREO Solutions participated in the success of the construction project of a research centre for Polyservices Maisonneuve-Rosemont. Our objective for this mandate was to develop a more efficient model to facilitate the management and operation of the building over the next 50 years.
CREO’s mandate
Construction project management: :

- Coordination and collaboration with all stakeholders (construction management method)

Facilities management:
- Implementation of management tools and aligned processes
- Validation of networks
- Implementation of a range of preventive maintenance measures
- Warranty management
- Management of manufacturing defects with the manufacturer (DB Defects)
